VALUES AND PROMISES
The fundamental values which led to the creation of the International Institute of Technology are the following:
Cooperation and complementarity:
The IIT signed several agreements with national and international institutions:
The faculty of sciences of SFAX (FSS), the preparatory school for engineering studies of SFAX (IPEIS), the National School of Electronics and Telecommunications (ENET’Com), the Higher Institute of Industrial Management of Sfax (ISGI), the Higher Institute of Computer Sciences and Multimedia of Sfax (ISIMS), The Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Sfax (ISET).
To state a few international universities:
Sherbrooke University (engineering department), the engineering school of computer sciences of France (EPSI), Globe University (United States), Quebec University, Moncton University (Canada), and the Canadian University of Dubai (Dubai).
Research, innovation and creativity :
In scientific research, the IIT focuses particularly on the following domains: renewable energies, environment, IT security, 3D printing, information, and communication. We also created a research, development, and creativity center and a FABLAB.
Also, the institute encourages graduates to launch their start-ups in a competitive environment that’s why we created a business incubator to facilitate their tasks.
In order to strengthen the relationship with companies, the IIT created a center for vocational training « IIT TRAINING ». It aims essentially to train entrepreneurs and students in different areas such as languages and IT. These extracurricular training end with a certificate that is beneficial to their career.
The IIT is recruiting high caliber teaching staff that master active pedagogy and the new teaching methods.
Respect and well-being:
Our institute offers to students and researchers a modern constructive environment and a high-quality atmosphere.
